Roudy Abi Khalil brings his expertise in drafting and reviewing a variety of contracts and agreements to HNS Legal. In addition to a wide range of practice areas including lease agreements, memorandums of understanding, employment agreements and contracts of sale, he has a strong background in managing disputes and litigation matters such as drafting necessary litigation documentation and assisting with all phases of litigation, from trial preparation to settlement negotiation.
Before joining HNS Legal, Roudy gained valuable experience at a reputable law firm where he advised on various transactions under Qatari law, including QFC regulations, labor law, telecommunications law and cybercrime prevention law. His corporate experience encompasses incorporating companies of all forms by drafting bilingual articles of association and all the necessary constitutive documents.
This diverse experience has allowed Roudy to hone his skills in meticulous contract review, negotiation and litigation management. His industry experience spans across different legal sectors, providing comprehensive legal services tailored to meet clients’ specific needs.
