Mia navigates clients over the maze of emerging legal fields. Mia is known for her versatile portfolio of legal skills – with a practice focusing on core cross-border commercial and corporate transactions along day-to-day affairs particularly oriented towards the aviation and airport services industry, she also specializes in all things media, entertainment, fashion, art, intellectual property, information technology, and telecom.

In addition to her extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, Mia is a double-LL.M. graduate of Fordham Law, Mia has pursued academic and practical experience in the first-of-its-kind fashion law academic curriculum introduced in US universities and pro-bono work within fashion law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mia began her career by gaining hands-on ground experience in the U.S. real estate law field, with a particular focus on the transactional side. This background has provided her with valuable insights into the intricacies of real estate transactions and further enhances her ability to serve clients effectively.
