Marilyne has experience in digital law, data protection, and alternative dispute resolution. Her practice includes GDPR compliance and international commercial arbitration with broad experience across a number of sectors.
Prior to joining HNS Legal, Marilyne was a legal intern at the French Data Protection Commission (the French CNIL) where she worked closely with the Compliance Department on the Binding Corporate Rules and their compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Additionally, Marilyne worked at a reputable Lebanese Law Firm where she gained extensive experience in international construction, commercial and domestic arbitration. She was actively involved in several arbitration cases, assisting both counsels and arbitrators, under various international and regional arbitration rules, including ICC and BCCI.
