Julien is a corporate commercial lawyer with extensive legal and strategic expertise in digital technologies, media and advertising, IP and VC.
Before joining HNS, Julien was Deputy General Counsel at Choueiri Group for 10 years, leading the in-house legal team’s operational involvement in the Group’s entities’ day-today activities in the MENA.
He has significant experience advising on complex TMT matters and negotiating and structuring VC transactions, including cutting-edge IP issues and strategic guidance on complex long-term partnerships, high-stakes commercial disputes, cross-border corporate governance and tax optimization
