A Founding Partner of HNS Legal, he is known for his innovative thinking and business oriented, strategic approach, he advises clients on day-to day and complex corporate, financial and trade activities in the Middle East and Africa
He specializes in the various aspects of local and foreign investment frameworks, with a particular focus on private equity transactions in regions including the Levant, GCC, Africa, India and others
Joseph was previously head of the legal departments of two major multinationals with a strong presence in the MEA region, providing valuable insights and expertise in his field
