Jenny handled the portfolio of private equity funds investing in the MENA region, participated in their fundraising and their licensing process, and was in charge of their day-to-day matters, their M&A transactions from the execution of their investments to their divestments in numerous industries such as Banking, Pharma, Medical and Healthcare, Retail, Oil and Gas, Real Estate, Automotive and F&B.
She is highly skilled in managing the entire investment cycle, overseeing each stage with expertise and precision. Her comprehensive range of responsibilities includes conducting thorough due diligence processes to assess investment opportunities. She excels in financial and tax structuring, ensuring optimal financial outcomes for her clients in each transaction.
Jenny was previously in charge of the legal department of a media production house for several years.
