Jenny advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters, banking & finance, M&A, intellectual property, and media laws, in addition to capital restructuring, corporate governance, and corporate finance matters.

Jenny handled the portfolio of private equity funds investing in all of the MENA region, participated in their fundraising and their licensing process, and was in charge of their day-to-day matters, their M&A transactions from the execution of their investments to their divestments in numerous industries such as banking, pharma, medical, hygiene, retail, oil and gas, real estate, automotive, industrial products, F&B.

Jenny is highly skilled in managing the entire investment cycle, overseeing each stage with expertise and precision. Her comprehensive range of responsibilities includes conducting thorough due diligence processes to assess investment opportunities. She excels in financial and tax structuring, ensuring optimal financial outcomes for her clients in each transaction.

Jenny was also in charge for several years of the legal department of a media production house.
