Jenny advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and media laws, in addition to capital restructuring and corporate governance.
Jenny handles the portfolio of private equity funds investing in the MENA region in numerous industries such as Banking, Pharma, Medical & Healthcare, Retail, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Automotive and F&B. She participates in their fundraising and licensing process and is in charge of their day-to-day matters and their M&A transactions from the execution of their investments to their divestments.
She is highly skilled in managing the entire investment cycle, overseeing each stage with expertise and precision. Her comprehensive range of responsibilities includes conducting thorough due diligence processes to assess investment opportunities. She excels in financial and tax structuring, ensuring optimal financial outcomes for her clients in each transaction.
Jenny was previously in charge of the legal department of a media production house for several years.
