Fidele practices all types of civil and commercial litigation in addition to alternative dispute resolution cases with a focus on commercial and construction disputes. Fidele oversees international arbitration proceedings conducted under the auspices of different international and regional arbitration rules. Fidele handles corporate matters and commercial transactions at a national and international level as well as advisory services. She drafts, reviews, and amends a wide range of contracts including civil, commercial, and FIDIC contracts.

Her meticulous approach ensures that contractual agreements align with her clients' objectives and protect their interests.
In addition to her practical expertise, Fidele has contributed to the legal community through her published works. She has provided legislative insights on Lebanese, Qatari, Saudi, and Emirati laws and precedents, further showcasing her deep understanding of these jurisdictions.
