Fidele oversees international arbitration proceedings conducted under the auspices of different international and regional arbitration rules. Fidele handles corporate matters and commercial transactions at a national and international level as well as advisory services. She drafts, reviews, and amends a wide range of contracts including civil, commercial, and FIDIC contracts.
