Farah has significant experience in all major areas of law and practice in Lebanon and the U.A.E., including Civil Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law, and other areas of Litigation. She has achieved notable success in numerous court cases and settlements for various clients, which include government and semi-government entities.
Her practice areas include all forms of civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, recognition, and enforcement of foreign judgments, and arbitral awards. She has successfully handled and ratified several arbitration awards. In addition to her litigation experience, Farah regularly advises DSP and ISP on drafting Distribution and Service Agreements.
Farah is currently a Ph.D. candidate at EDD Sorbonne and has built solid and profound knowledge within the areas of Public and Administrative Law.
