Farah has significant experience in all major areas of law and practices in Lebanon and the UAE. Her practice areas include all forms of Civil Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law, Arbitration, Recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, having successfully handled and ratified several arbitration awards.
She has achieved notable success in numerous court cases and settlements for various clients, including government and semi-governmental entities.
In addition to her litigation experience, Farah regularly advises DSP and ISP on drafting Distribution and Service Agreements.
Farah is currently a Ph.D. candidate at EDD Sorbonne and has built solid and profound knowledge in the areas of Public and Administrative Law.
