Dia is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, banking, regulatory matters, and legal project management.
As Legal Director at HNS Legal, Dia leads the firm’s legal and operational coordination, to strengthen legal service delivery, internal governance, client lifecycle management. He oversees the entire legal lifecycle, aligning client and firm objectives, coordinating cross-practice teams, managing timelines, mitigating risks and ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality legal services.
Before joining HNS Legal, Dia held several key positions at a leading Lebanese bank, most recently as Head of Sanctions, where he combined legal expertise with banking operations to support compliance with international regulatory standards.
Dia also advises on governance, compliance and risk-related matters, supporting boards, senior management and key stakeholders where required. He has a proven track record in managing sensitive client situations and supporting complex insolvency, recovery and restructuring-related proceedings.
